VENEZUELA: Opposition Leader Declares Self President
Venezuelan opposition leader, Giuado Hiuan has declared himself as the country's interim president amidst surging crowd of protesters in Caracas.
Mr Giuaed is the head of the country's parliament, and his vociferous opposition has received the support of the United States, with president Trump emphasising that the leadership of Nicolas Maduro remains illegitimate.
This position of the United States has also been taken by other five countries still within the southern American axis.
