Where To Find Some Hot Dollars & Pounds

Some heavy piles of hotty dollar notes were discovered in the house of a former GMD of the NNPC, Mr Andrew Yakubu, by operatives of the EFCC in Kaduna State.

The amount? Over 9.7 million nited States Dollars. Do you know the value in our own currency, the naira? Billions of Nigerian nairas. Over 3.6 million naira was piled, cooly sitting in Yakubu's house left in a slum.

And if that does not rake your heart, maybe, just maybe because you prefer the British currency. Another 750, 000 GBP was recovered from the same house and in the same place. That is way beyond N360,000,000. Is there any money still remaining in NNPC after "Smart" Andrew left? Just asking.

And do you know why Goodluck Jonathan didn't realize this massive looting?  It"s highly probable that the US government didn't know of this stealing, this raking swindling, which was unfortunately not corruption. They were blinded by Yakubu's "jaz".

Yakubu is from Southern Kaduna, he is a Christian. His people are the helpless, unarmed ones being subjected to heavy massacre by the weird Fulani herdsmen.

Nigerians, we hail thee.

WTO: The Issue With Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala's Nomination

I've been keenly following the developments as regards nominations for the position of the Director General of the World Trade Organization, WTO, especially as its concerns the general ratification by the African regional body, AU, to field a consensus candidate. In doing that I've looked at the nomination of Fred Yunov Agah and the eventual substitution with Ngozi Okonjo Iweala (NOI) by Nigeria, together with the dissension by Egypt, a contender in the forthcoming WTO election and a top interested party in the choice of Africa Union consensus candidacy. I have looked at it critically from three widely separate angles of national patriotism, independent objectivity and in the light of regional sense of justice.
